Our primary goal is to provide automated passenger information services for Public Service Vehicles. To achieve this, the app requires specific data access:

Location Data

The app collects Precise Location Data to determine the vehicle's proximity to predefined transit stations. This data is used to trigger automated audio and visual announcements for passengers.

Background Usage: Because the system must remain operational while the driver uses other dashboard tools or when the screen is dimmed, the app requests permission to access location in the background. This ensures that arrival and approach alerts fire reliably throughout the journey.

Storage: We do not store, log, or transmit your location history to any external servers. Location data is processed locally on the device and discarded immediately after the proximity check is completed.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. All data processing remains strictly within the application on your tablet.

3. Security

We value your trust in providing us your hardware access. We use industry-standard security measures, including code obfuscation and hardware-locked activation, to protect the integrity of the system and your operational data.

4. App Permissions

To function correctly, the app may request the following permissions:

Location: For automated station triggers.
Bluetooth: To communicate with external LED signage and vehicle audio systems.
Notifications: To maintain the background tracking service.
